Anti- Inflammatory Diet: What Causes Inflammation?

Our body is one hell of a machine!

It auto-cleans itself. Through many organs, it removes toxins. It regenerates itself, and it heals itself.
Inflammation is the process through which our body heals itself. Our body increases its production of white blood cells. It is the way your body fights infections, illnesss and injuries.

With our current fast paced lifestyle, our body is constantly dealing with variables causing inflammation. Certain lifestyle choices lead to a state of chronic inflammation. This type of inflammation can lead to diseases such as prsoriasis, urticaria (hives) or artherisis among others. 

One causes of chronic inflammation, is the processed diet that we have adopted, another is the inactive lifestyle.
